No they did not cancel the entire cruise. The 3rd party travel insurance that I purchased reimburses $250 per person for a canceled port. Catalina was canceled and not replaced with another port, so they said with proof of the cancellation we will be compensated.
Did anyone sail the Radiance from Long Beach 3/20-3/24 and happen to have a picture of the letter informing guests that Catalina would be canceled? Carnival is telling me I can only contact guest care by email, and I need a copy of that letter to submit to travel insurance. Thanks!
