  1. Thank you for your reply... I meant is it locked so even Studio guests cannot access it at times? Example, I've been to hotels at concierge level, and at times the concierge lounge is closed to concierge guests. I was wondering if that's the case here.
  2. Thinking of getting a studio cabin. Can you go sit in the lounge and hang out 24/7? Or is the door locked sometimes? Are the snacks/drinks free? Or do you pay with your seapass card for certain items (coffee). I saw alcohol bottles on a youtube tour, but I can't imagine they're just free to all studio people (?)
  3. I will definitely check those out too! Thank you 🙂
  4. That's very sweet of you to ask... I'll be totally fine with the Boardwalk below, and will really enjoy the people watching and general 'life' going on below me. It's the vastness and darkness of the ocean that freaks me out, not the balcony itself.
  5. These pics are SO helpful! It seems like a middle deck (maybe 10 or 11), and as far back as we can get would be perfect! Thank you!
  6. There's a lot wrong here, lol. But for this particular instance, it's just plain old severe anxiety.
  7. Soooo helpful 🙂 I think either Boardwalk view is perfect for us, and thank you for the tip that the view out back isn't obstructed on the Allure.
  8. Because it's not like I'd be falling into my backyard pool. I'd be good with that, lol. The ocean is like a black hole. I'd rather fall on the steel deck... they'd at least find my body, ya know?
  9. I am truly curious, why were your initial thoughts to my question not kind?? What were your initial thoughts?? (I'm assuming something along the lines of *so don't cruise if you're scared of water*). Is that right?
  10. that's what I was picturing, sounds perfect for us! Thank you!
  11. But, if you fell or jumped, you'd land in the water, right? Or am I not looking at pictures correctly?
  12. I'm looking for ships that have the 'inside' balcony cabins (that overlook Central Park , Boardwalk, etc). I want a balcony, but am very anxious about being over the water, especially at night. I'd love to be able to sit out at any time of day/night and not feel scared. Florida departure (Cape Canaveral preferably, but doesn't have to be). Also, I'll be traveling with my aunt. We'd love to have separate, connecting cabins. Even better if the balconies divider can be removed. Any help is very much appreciated.
