Just booked an aft-balcony Cabin 8454. Realized it is the deck below the Lido deck. Will that be a problem with people looking over, problems with washing down the Lido deck. LOVE the extra space on the extended aft-balcony but usually on a lower deck.

Wow, may just be the angle but the shower looks VERY small. One suggestion that we heard when we first started cruising was to use a clear plastic hanging shoe rack-the individual "pockets" are perfect for holding hair products, toiletries,etc. out of the way and off the floor. Just hang it on the inside of the bathroom door. Worked great for us.

Thank you. I've never worried about it before but I really want my friends to have a good time especially since I was the one that wanted the aft balcony. Sea sick would not be fun for any of us.

I have sailed several times with the extended aft balcony but on much larger boats (Pride, Glory). We are booked on 10/15 cruise out of Charleston on Ecstasy in the extended aft balcony. Now I am just a little concerned about the ride. I have never experienced sea sickness but wonder if this will be an issue with a smaller boat, October and leaving from Charleston vs Florida ports (more sea time). Any thoughts on that? Will be traveling with 2 first time cruisers in our group. Anything we should do to avoid/eliminate/combat sea sickness?
