BTW I was also on the Adventure OTS sailing in 2017, I remember we got to board the ship a day early, basically a free night on board.

Me and my better half will be on the November 14th sailing on the Liberty and I would like to ask you if you could do me a small favor, our favorite bartender may be working on the ship and his name is 

Kashaka [Shaka] Lathum and he's from St. Vincent and if you happen to run across him and get the chance to speak to him can you ask him when he goes on vacation.

The seas are calm and it is exceptionally hot today.  Lots of liquids will be consumed.  Sunscreen will be applied in copious amounts too.  I might even wish for the occasional cloud or two to provide some shade as well. 

Both pools are currently open.

Hi CC, We are thinking about booking a cruise for this fall and would like to be on the ship our favorite bartender is working on.

His name is Shaka Latham and he was working on the Liberty OTS before the pandemic not sure where he's at currently, he normally works at one of the pool bars.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Andrew, Is it me are weren't you just on a cruise a few weeks ago Lol! either time is really flying by or its a groundhog day moment!!!  Have a great cruise I'll be following along. Have a Miami Vice for me but save some for me as I'll be boarding the Symphony this Saturday!

We were in Fort Wayne in mid June. It was a rainy miserable but that was the worst weather day of the tour. It was the same night the Raptors the NBA Championship.  Our stop for the day was at the Allan County War Memorial Colosseum.

 

I used my navigation to get to to hotel, and you could only imagine my surprise when it said “make a u-turn on North Harry Baals Dr”.  And for those of you who have never been to Fort Wayne, the navigation said it just how it sounded. You could only imagine the laughter we had at dinner over dinner.

 

We ate at Koto Japanese Steakhouse that night and stayed in the retro😉 Ramada Plaza right beside it. I think we were in Indy the night before, if it remember correctly.

 

I also stopped at the Deusenberg Museum in Auburn the next day on the way to Norwalk Ohio. Beautiful country side in your area. 

Hey Andrew Harry Baals was actually mayor of Ft.Wayne from 1932-47 and 51-54 and about 4 or 5 years ago our city/county offices moved to a different location and some wanted to name the new place after Harry but that got shot down for obvious reasons.

BTW I noticed you were in my home town earlier this summer (Fort Wayne, IN) hope you had a good visit.

Hi Andrew just got caught up with your review excellent as always, I see the weather is great in St. Maarten wish I was there now since it's a balmy  -12 here. Love those maple cream cookies picked up 3 boxes last May when I was in that tourist trap city of Niagara Falls. Drink a Miami Vice for me since I wont be able to have one until our cruise on the Symphony in October.
