i can only say the order would be Cemetery then Turtle Farm then Hell if you dont want to do any backtracking via public bus if coming from the cruise port. i think hell might be your biggest challenge as the bus doesnt stop in front of it. i think you will have to walk a bit after you get off. the bus stops in front of the other 2 stops.

the video is of "public beach". all the tour buses and public bus #1,2 will take you there. i personally like governor beach next to the westin as its much quieter but there are no public washrooms, chair rentals or food vendors. the westin nxt door will not rent their chairs/umbrellas to cruisers but you can eat at the restaurant for lunch. alternately there are 2 resto across the street.

you can take the public bus for 2.50 USD from the bus depot which is a 5min walk from the cruise port. Bus 1WB will take you there. it is like a 30-40 min ride and it stops right in front of the center. just tell the driver where you are going. Now coming back, it seemed like we waited for 20-30 mins for the bus to come by. by the time we got on, there was us (4 ppl), another group of 5, and 2 singles all boarding at the same time. if the bus is full, you may have to wait for the next bus.

I was there all last week while staying at the indigo hotel and will be back in cayman isl as part of a cruise in nov 2024. Anyways, the beach loungers and umbrellas are expressly for hotel guests. these are located on the side closer to the kimpton. BUT the chairs/tables/umbrella in front of the beach club are available to anyone who's eating/drinking there so as a cruiser you can order some food or drink and at the same time swim/chill/etc.
