Had same issues with on board credit last year on Silver Moon. ON board there was no sign of it even though I showed guest services the TA receipt. I emailed our private virtuoso TA and she contacted SS but to no avail. In the end she credited our account the amount promised. On other cruises there has been no problem and this was a one off (hopefully)

We are going on a 14 night Silversea Alaskan cruise in May 2024. Considering the Denali land extension and wondering what others have thought of this? Also be helpful to know what time you arrive at the ship at the conclusion of the land tour. Greatly appreciated.
