  1. Just wondering if anyone has sailed using a Certificate of Recovery recently. "Guests who have recently recovered from COVID-19 may present a Certificate of Recovery and proof of the positive PCR or Antigen test result taken between 11-90 days prior to the sail date in order to board and be exempt from testing. "

  2. I'm on the tail end of Covid, started feeling lousy last Monday, tested negative Tuesday & Wednesday.  Went to the clinic on Thursday and was positive.  Feel fine today, it was like a bad cold.  Just used OTC meds and nothing was prescribed.  My wife is negative so far, but the issue is we're supposed to fly for an Alaska cruise on 8-3-22 so I'm hoping I'm negative before then

  3. We were disappointed with it, apps were good but the Baby Back Ribs were advertised as 1/2 or full rack, a full rack were 2 pieces about 1-1/2 by4 inches long more like rib tips and overly seasoned with pepper, Brisket was tender but a thick layer of fat was on it and again very small portion for the price.

  4. Fine Cut has great food and service, we were disappointed with the Lawn Club, apps were wonderful, but the the entrees not so much, ordered a full rack of baby backs and what I got looked like rib tips about 1-1/2 x 3 inch pieces (2), way over seasoned with pepper and dry, re-ordered and not much better, brisket was tender but too much fat left on and small portion again.  Just be aware if you do Fine Cut and are seated near the openings by the Martini Bar at showtime it can be vety loud and bright.

  5. Beware if you go to the Fine Cut Steakhouse and are seated anywhere near the Martini Bar the noise and bright lights from the show really ruined our dinner.  The service staff apparently get a lot of complaints about that issue and were very apologetic.  We had 13 for dinner that night and were seated along the railing above the Marini Bar.

  6. We booked a R/T Italy and Med cruise in January with a popular online TA and selected a particular cabin at that time, then when the 20% deal came we received the rate adjustment and the new invoice showed the same cabin number.  I only noticed that the cabin was changed to (in my opinion) to less desirable location within the same type when looking at airfare.  I emailed the TA and they showed the new cabin assignment and said the original one was unavailable, offered a choice of a different cabins in even a worse location.  I replied that was unacceptable and wanted the original cabin.  I also called Celebrity but they would not discuss the issue because I booked through a TA.  TA responded that they waitlisted the original cabin should it become available I could get it, or a free upgrade to a 1C cabin one deck up or a $300 OBC and if the original cabin was available it would revert to that. 3 other couples are going an no other cabins were changed.  I still don't know why it was changed.
