We're sailing the 3 night Ascent preview cruise on the 26th, I would expect things to be much better on a new ship but we'll see.

We've had success going directly to the restaurant and asking about a discount and have always received one. We do travel with 6-8 people however, but it can't hurt to ask.

Did Silk Harvest once a while ago and we all loved it, would prefer that to La Petite Chef any day.

Try this email: executiveoffice@celebrity.com, I've had contact pretty quickly from this email.

Thanks for the input, fortunately I have tested negative two days in row and will test again n Monday & Tuesday. We fly to Vancouver on Wednesday for the August 5th Millennium NB Cruise.

Just wondering if anyone has sailed using a Certificate of Recovery recently. "Guests who have recently recovered from COVID-19 may present a Certificate of Recovery and proof of the positive PCR or Antigen test result taken between 11-90 days prior to the sail date in order to board and be exempt from testing. "

I'm on the tail end of Covid, started feeling lousy last Monday, tested negative Tuesday & Wednesday. Went to the clinic on Thursday and was positive. Feel fine today, it was like a bad cold. Just used OTC meds and nothing was prescribed. My wife is negative so far, but the issue is we're supposed to fly for an Alaska cruise on 8-3-22 so I'm hoping I'm negative before then

On Reflection at the end of February almost no Crown and no Johnnie Black

We were disappointed with it, apps were good but the Baby Back Ribs were advertised as 1/2 or full rack, a full rack were 2 pieces about 1-1/2 by4 inches long more like rib tips and overly seasoned with pepper, Brisket was tender but a thick layer of fat was on it and again very small portion for the price.

Fine Cut has great food and service, we were disappointed with the Lawn Club, apps were wonderful, but the the entrees not so much, ordered a full rack of baby backs and what I got looked like rib tips about 1-1/2 x 3 inch pieces (2), way over seasoned with pepper and dry, re-ordered and not much better, brisket was tender but too much fat left on and small portion again. Just be aware if you do Fine Cut and are seated near the openings by the Martini Bar at showtime it can be vety loud and bright.

Booked on a May 13th Med through TA, a travelling companion called the TA and was told that they don't have the update from Celebrity yet, our payment is due 2-2-22

We had an excursion cancelled by Celebrity and had the refund to my CC in less than a week, however a credit for a rate reduction has not been applied and its going on 3 weeks.

Hopefully we'll be on the Millennium on 8-5-22, flying in on 8-3-22, looking for recommendations.
Thanks

Beware if you go to the Fine Cut Steakhouse and are seated anywhere near the Martini Bar the noise and bright lights from the show really ruined our dinner. The service staff apparently get a lot of complaints about that issue and were very apologetic. We had 13 for dinner that night and were seated along the railing above the Marini Bar.

We booked a R/T Italy and Med cruise in January with a popular online TA and selected a particular cabin at that time, then when the 20% deal came we received the rate adjustment and the new invoice showed the same cabin number. I only noticed that the cabin was changed to (in my opinion) to less desirable location within the same type when looking at airfare. I emailed the TA and they showed the new cabin assignment and said the original one was unavailable, offered a choice of a different cabins in even a worse location. I replied that was unacceptable and wanted the original cabin. I also called Celebrity but they would not discuss the issue because I booked through a TA. TA responded that they waitlisted the original cabin should it become available I could get it, or a free upgrade to a 1C cabin one deck up or a $300 OBC and if the original cabin was available it would revert to that. 3 other couples are going an no other cabins were changed. I still don't know why it was changed.

We did a few years ago, it was $550, the photos came out great and you get a Thumbdrive with the photos along with a release in order to have prints made

You can see a sample menu on the Celebrity Apex webpage, I don't think it's the same however, there 4 MDR on Apex one is named Tuscan, each has a different style of food but all have the items from the Classic dining menu available.

We prefer the Sunset Bar on the other Solstice Class ships, design on Reflection is different, it has a sunken bar versus the traditional style, gets crowded and and difficult to get service.

We just shifted from August 2021 to August 2022, 10 night cruise & land tour, only in for $200 deposit when we booked onboard last year. Happy we're not losing $1150 in OBC between Celebrity and our TA

Got an email from Carnival, we're on the Sept 22 sailing, no stop in Freeport, extra sea day

Just heard a rumor that you'll need to present your Seapass Card in order to get a towel and if not returned a$25 fee, just like on Royal. Can anyone confirm?
