  1. Haven't sailed on NCL in a few years, but it looks like they have removed the coffee makers from the cabins.  Is it true if I ask our cabin steward they would bring one to us?  We are not coffee drinkers, but tea drinkers, and really just need it to boil the water.

  4. For my cruise in October, the dining reservation window is now open (I'm in a Rockstar suite).  When I try and make the reservation it says "No Bookings Needed" and I cannot proceed.  Why is that?  I was able to make a dinner reservation for 1 of the 4 nights.

  5. Thanks so much for your responses. I did actually email cas and I got an email back today saying that we will be receiving the perk of breakfast/lunch at Cagney's! So happy. Just amazing when I called cas they flat out told me no, and then today by email it's a yes! Roll on Friday!

  6. Wondering if anyone could help me out here.....DH and I were on the Epic for NYE for 2012/13 and wondering who the HD was. He was definitely from France as my DH being French conversed with him. He was such a nice gentleman, gave us his business card and I of course have lost it!!

     

    Also, looking for another HD who has been on the Sky a few times, also French.

I know there has been alot of talk about this, but my husband is at the Golden level and I just called CAS to see if we can eat at Cagney's for breakfast/lunch as we will be on the Pearl next week. They told me no - that has been discontinued, but I have read that people as still eating at Cagney's and were told that the new perks don't go into effect until the new year. Has anyone got any info on this? Thanks

  8. Thanks to all of you that responded (and a special thanks to the NCL rep who responded - that is why I am a shareholder!)

     

    Good news! They found the suitcase and it is on its way to me via Fedex. I did have my husbands cellphone # on the luggage tag, but for some reason, my husband was having difficulties receiving calls when he got off the ship. NCL even called us about 1/2hr after we left the port driving home, but due to phone problems - never got the call or message. We did get the message 2 days later!! Anywhoooo - all is well, great service by NCL and great followup.
