  1. Embarkation Day was great. Took about 40 minutes total from arrival to getting to our cabin. Cabins were all ready, luggage arrived about 2 hours later. Sailing Away party was fun with great weather. Rest of that day and next was spent checking out the Lido buffet,MDR and the different music venues.

The overcast skies and/or drizzle started in Juneau. Went whale watching, saw a bunch and saw some seals and eagles. Was lucky to catch a full breach on video.

Sitka had a lot of drizzle/light rain. Went on a wildlife tour there. nice visit.

    Hubbard Glacier was overcast,light drizzle.

Ketchikan had SUNSHINE! Went on a Saxman Village tour. Was okay. Town looked neat and would have liked a longer visit there.

Saturday went on a 5K walk for charity-9 times around the Promenade. Saw whales while we were doing it. Stayed onboard at Victoria due to it being Canada Day and there being road closures and shuttle to the Inner Harbor cancelled.

Meals were great in the MDR and we dined in Pinnacle on Friday. That was fantastic. MDR had a 10am Brunch on Saturday also.

Went to the Rolling Stone lounge numerous times. Went to the Orange Party for a bit also.

Disembarkation Day-We had an 8am time but it was about 20 minutes late due to problems with the gangway. Got on our shuttle by 9:10.Seatac was a mob scene. We had Precheck which took about 10 minutes but every gate was mobbed with no place to sit.

All in all,had a great time!

I started out with the lofty goal of never taking the elevators at all this cruise, but that only lasted until our first dinner yesterday 😞 My phone says I climbed 17 flights of stairs before I gave up, so that’s not too shabby. Still mostly using stairs during the day, but if going from 2 up to the lido or crows nest, I snag an elevator instead

Our cabin is on Deck 8. As much as I'd like to I think we'll use elevators a lot. We're both 70 and in decent shape but that's a lot of stairs.🫤

We have Pinnacle booked for our last night (Victoria), but not planning on anything else. I hadn’t anticipated our dinner time being so early though, so need to check in about tomorrow night. We get back from our excursion at 8pm, so not sure if will be ok to come a half hour late to our 7:30 MDR fixed seating, or if we need to figure something else out. Planning to ask our MDR servers about it tonight. If the MDR is a no-go, might see if we can get late Canaletto reservations

We booked Pinnacle for our anniversary,6/30. Looking forward to it.

@jackinelgin it is unusual you would get the barcode on your boarding pass with no time or group number; cabin yes, boarding group no.

You might try refreshing and see if it shows up. For comparison, see what shows in the Navigator App.

Also, you can use the boarding pass in the Navigator App and not print one.

Please update us - curious on the outcome - and enjoy your cruise!

Got an email yesterday with my boarding group and time.Group C and 11:40am. Showing up on the boarding pass now.

  5. I know about the boarding number and check in time, was just  curious that the bar code showed up today and that info didn't. I'll wait til later in the week and see if it eventually shows up.

  6. Bear with me, first time cruiser. I noticed our boarding passes now have the bar code[6/25 departure on the Westerdam]. No boarding time or group listed, says to be assigned. Is this typical? I know we have plenty of time before laeving and I'm not printing the passes yet. TIA
