Thank-you ceilidh1 for your comprehensive live posting! We appreciate it so much! We will be on Royal Princess Oct 16-23, and were booked right in the middle of the Covid Deck (9)!! We called and changed staterooms and moved to Deck 10.

Thank-you for posting! I have already learned quite a bit from your live blog. We will be on the Celebrity Solstice in a few weeks. Did you tour Butchart Gardens at night on your cruise?

Thank-you all. We haven't cruised in a few years and I am rusty on my research skills. Also, this website looks different. :-)
We were able to book a Marriott Residence Inn within a couple of miles from the pier on points. Now we just need bus reservations and we will be all set. Amtrak can be fun, but since the freight trains control the rails, it can be bad for delays. I think that we will go with the Quick Shuttle. It is Labor Day weekend, so I am going to book today. Thanks again!

Hello! WE are flying in to SEATAC airport the day before our cruise which leaves from Vancouver. Can anyone recommend good reliable bus transportation to the pier?
Any hotel recommendations?

We took a bridge tour on the Regal and all the side balconies could be and were moinitored 24/7. We assume that this is a safety issue. Don't do anything on your balcony that you wouldn't do in public! ;)

All this is good information. From previous experience on many different cruise lines, I would: check your photos on your app or at the photo kiosks at the end of each day, decide what you want and order prints two days before disembarkation, make sure all images are recorded on their flash drive, (to ensure quality), and be sure and pack a stiff cardboard mailer to keep your prints from being bent or damaged in you luggage on your trip home.
Some of our most cherished pictures have come from cruise trips. The photographers are good!
