Well, our credit card coverage does have trip delay or cancelation for weather related issues so it wasn't a worry for us. 

And we are on our flight here in Seattle waiting to take off. We drove to Seattle last night after all the traffic. Most flights yesterday were canceled but there is another red eye tonight landing at 7am in Fort Lauderdale so a lot are rebooked on that one for cruises leaving on Sunday like our! We'll be in at 5pm a day early so all worked out 😁

Sometimes that's not enough but we made it to Seattle & if our flight isn't canceled we're good! there's also a red eye as backup.

It's a mess...we're going to cancel and hopefully recover most of the money so we can rebook. It's not worth the safety factor at this point...and it's still snowing 

Thanks! We're in Snohomish County & it's been snowing for the last 3 hours. My concern is going to Seattle (we planned on staying tonight) then the flight is canceled & we'll be stuck LOL

I-5 is a mess up here...lots of accidents so getting to Seattle is becoming a concern too 🙄

Anyone trying to fly out of Seattle today or tomorrow? We're suppose to fly into Fort Lauderdale tomorrow and I think it'll be canceled ☹

What a joke...we leave in 14 days to Europe and I still can't access my itinerary! The docs don't even have flights on 2 passengers but Holland America says don't worry since our website isn't correct!!

Needless to say I'm very concerned! :mad:

Please be careful with Flight Ease through Holland America. They auto cancelled our first flights and it's been a nightmare since trying to make sure all 4 of us make it to Europe and back. Our cruise is 2 weeks away and I still don't trust them to make it happen. I've called both airlines and they laugh at how many tickets HA has issued and reissued. We have a minor traveling with us but he's on a separate ticket locater for all 4 flights because his name is too long?? Go figure! It's cost us more than the savings we had at the very beginning and HA said everything on their website about our flight is wrong and it can't be corrected but I'm suppose to trust them...LOL

I plan on buying a couple bottles for our Mediterranean cruise. I don't see where you could buy any type of mixer though...anyone know? Otherwise are you allowed cans or bottles of mixer to bring on the ship?

We've been to Italy before and used other tour companies with great success but this one has itineraries we like that the others don't.

Does anyone have a current email so I can communicate with carnival about our cruise experience? It's the pros & cons and some issues I feel they need to address but I hate for it to get lost in the system ;)

Carnival's April cruise to Hawaii is always the repositioning from LA to the Pacific Northwest for the start of their Alaska season. So your sea days after Hawaii will be cooler cruising up the coast.

If you're looking for a Long Beach to Long Beach it happens in October, December, and January each year. Either way it's a great cruise!

We did this with smugglersrunbelize.com a few years ago. Very nice people and the tour was great.
