Check in will open some time around 10am, and boarding likely at around 11.30am. When you online check in 21 days out you will see the available arrival times. If you do this some after it opens (midnight eastern time) then you will be able to see what time the earliest one is.
Civitavecchia has all the usual lines (haven, latitudes, CAS etc. exactly how that works for you will depend on what priority you have.
Thanks Kieth, we have prioity boarding and need to sort some bookings out. So we are looking to board early to give us the best chance.

Hi all
Sailing out of Civitavecchia on the 30th of this month (september 2024). Departure time is listed as 5;00pm.
Does anyone know what time check in will open? and if there is a priority check line.
Thanks in advance for any and all replies

Yes, head to the Theatre. That is where it was on the Viva in April,
You should be fine getting reservations on embarkation day, especially if you board fairly early. At that point the concierge is just someone to pass your request on. It’s easier to just do it yourself (in my opinion).
Thanks Keith

"conceirge services"
am i the only person that does not care about this?
is it some sort of pseudo-class signifier or something? It's certainly not a pseudo-class signifier, it's purely because we booked this cruise last minute, and I was having problems with dinner reservations. I was hoping to use the concierge to book some restaurants that are showing as booked online.Something that I find strange as I'm only trying to book a table for 2, it won't let me do this but will let me book a table for 8I guess I'll have to get on early and book then, I think the Viva has a table set up for this in night club / theater -

dont mean to burst your balloon, but concierge benefits dont follow latitude status. concierge benefits go with the suite/haven cabins, regardless of your latitude points. ie. if your very 1st cruise is in a suite or a haven, you will get the butler and concierge perks. if youre diamond and have always booked club balcony cabins, you wont.
by the way, the fact that youre booked on the viva, is irrelevant.. latitude points (and the perks attached thereto) are the same regardless of the ship.
Thanks I understand that the benefits are the same, I was unsure where the concierge desk is on Viva,
NCL web site says the following for Platinum
Concierge Service to assist you with speciality restaurant, entertainment, and shore excursion reservations

Hi All,
Been on the Viva before, but this time we (Me and the Mrs) will be Platinum, and not sure how it works.
1) How do we book our complimentary meal?
2) Where is the Concierge, how does it work, and where do we find them?
3) How does priority tendering work
4) how do we pre book entertainment
5) What is the wines around the world tasting work and what exactly is it
6) Anything else we should know
TIA

Hi All, Newbee here
Just had the chamce to bid for an upgrade on Mondays Viva sailing.
The thing is it gave us the choice to upgrade to a Spa balcony from an inside.
I've read that you can only upgrade 2 levels.
Does this mean my bid will be automatically rejected, or is a Spa balcony considered the same level as any other balcony cabin?
Thanks in advancw

No Keith, I should have made that clear it's part of the Platinum benifits.
