We have all our excursions purchased using gift cards. It looks like I will need to cancel a couple of the excursions and I was going to wait to do that until we are on the ship, hoping that they would just credit our account with obc. I really don't want to have to carry all the gift cards everything was purchased with and I don't know which card this particular excursion was put on. Does anyone know the best way to handle this? The ship leaves in 22 days so if I cancel now do you think the money would be back on the cards by then if I have to go that route?

Now that Princess won't stack military and shareholder stocks for OBC, I am asking if any of you know if we just add my name to the stock that my husband owns if Princess will accept it being under both names.  My Princess Cruise Planner has told me that if I put the stock under my name, he can keep the military under his and we will receive both. If the statement has both names, will it be accepted, or do we need to sell and rebuy with just my name showing? Thanks!

I had the same thing happen.  I contacted my princess planner and she had it refunded to my original payment type, I asked if she would give me an OBC but I guess that wasn't possible.

Go to your account, look under upcoming cruises and click on the one you want.  Then go under payment to booking balance.  There should be a line that says View guest level invoice and that should then show you exactly what you paid for all the different amounts.

When we sent in our last request, we emailed it, and within a few minutes we had received an email back letting us know they had gotten the request but to allow up to 14 days for it to show up. I will allow a couple of extra days due to the holiday and will contact them again if it doesn't show up.

I asked Princess the other day and was told we just get the FCC back, nothing else.

Walmart sells the little three ounce plastic bottles in the travel section.  Lid either flips open or take the whole top off.  The mixture from above filled two of these. Make it up in something you can shake up to get it to mix completely.  Very easy, less expensive, and you don't need the essential oils.

Just call Princess with your booking number and they will be able to send you a copy of your final bill.  I was told last week that it could take up to 15 business days to get it.

We are one Caribbean princess and it has just been announced that our cruise will be returning several days early due to sickness on board. Can't get answers so figure someone out there on land can answer my question. We used EZAir for scheduled trip home. Will we be rebooked by Princess or should we be finding return airfare by ourselves. They have asked us not to go to guest services and will tell us more info tomorrow but will that be too late to get air home?  Do have travel insurance, but can't call to see if that is covered.

Was on her in November and froze!  I wore a fleece almost everyday and a wrap each night.  But then, there were many shorts and summery clothes so maybe it was just my body.  Be prepared just in case. You could actually feel the temp drop as you walked deck seven between the different events and areas.

it should appear automatically on any cruise you book up until the expiration date listed. The amount will go up if you book a longer cruise, up to $250.00 just like the shareholders. You must have submitted your dd214 previously for them to have your information to give you the credit.

You won't be able to add the departure flight if you previously booked the return.  What I do is go in like I am making a new booking and look at the price quotes for the whole trip.  If that is the price you would like to pay then you can go in and quickly cancel the one you have booked and book the new 2 flights.  It's iffy because you will lose what you have but I have never had a problem if I act quick.  

There is a modify button on the screen- change of flight.  Just make sure you don't hit the cancel button, but even if you do they ask you again if that is what you really want to do. In there you can play around and see if you can find a better price.  The only thing I can think of as to why you  can't see this is if it's too close and within the 45 day change time

I guess I only needed to ask and they appeared!!  Ordered a bunch more as did my husband. Have saved 1700.00 so far between the two of us.  I owe it all to you guys for even finding out about it! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Do you guys think Allstate will ever get more Princess gift cards back for us to purchase or did we buy too many and scar them away. There haven't been any now for almost 3 weeks?

I know there can be no more balloons offered by Princess so I will do something myself. We will be celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary with close friends and I want to do something special on the outside of their door. Can anyone tell me if I would be able to tape a banner from one side to the other without causing damage to the walls. (Like from the ceiling part just outside the walkway) I know not to use those colorful jelly like adhesive stickers on any part of the door or walls as they leave marks. And can you guess how wide the opening would be so I can make a banner to fit and is the door metal so that something can hang from a magnet?

Once on a 28 day cruise we watched a group that played every trivia held.  The wife would get there early everytime so they would have the same table.  The husband would show up with his book that he supposedly wrote down all the questions and answers.  The others at the table would shout out at the top of their lungs the answers while the staff read us the answers  just trying to look like they knew it all. After days of no one other than this group winning, I went up and questioned how they would know everything.  One said the  wife studies everyday at home, one said he never looked  back into the book while playing (so why have it on the table and be writing in it during the game)  and they all admitted to taking many Princess cruises and being most travelled.Finally during a tie breaker, the cruise staff was in the middle of asking the question and got out "how many years did it take to build ... and with that the lady jumped up to make sure she was the first standing to be able to answer first  and the question was then finished. She then turned to her table to get the answer after the team discussed it since she didn't know it.   On the last day of the trivia, she arrived early as usual with all the bottles of that horrible champagne their team had won and had the waiters pass it out in glasses to share with all the trivia losers. They thought they were something! If they only knew what we really all thought of them. I think they ought to give out a prize for fewest answers correct sometime just to switch it up. Maybe I'd have a chance!

I know for sure it was available on the Caribbean Princess.  If you play at home though you might want to bring your own paddle as the ones they offer are heavy and well used.

The obc we just received because of our Tahiti cruise being cancelled does have an expiration date stated in the fine print.  It must be used by 12/31/19. 

I always find it interesting that when the cruise first starts, people will stand in a line that almost goes out the door. By the end of the cruise everyone has it figured out and just heads to what they want. You may have to bop and weave around that one person that takes five minutes to pick out the perfect piece of watermelon or prune, but no one goes hungry.
