Definitely true, thank you. Lots of family members have previously had wonderful experiences on the Sky. Hopefully this was just a perfect storm of circumstances that led to an isolated sub-par event.

Yes it was, my apologies. Sky Princess, 12/16-23 from Ft Lauderdale. It’s a very nice classy ship by design. After discussing this all week though, I decided to go online to see what others experienced. We unanimously believe it was just very understaffed. And the port stops were poorly planned, managed, coordinated, and communicated. Most of the staff was kind, professional, and very apologetic. Some were clearly frustrated, which spilled over into passenger interaction. Just a disappointing and unfortunate experience altogether.

First time on a cruise at age 51 … I’d probably not be convinced to go on another one, due to the conditions and lack of care as described above. Sorry to say it not only wasn’t a good experience, it was a downright terrible. Very unfortunate.
