We were just on the Westerdam and one evening The singing quartet Forth performed on the MainStage as the entertainment show and was wondering if this is common now.

the coffee didn't appear anywhere but when ordering on the app for a coffee to go it would show the charge as 0. We had no problem at the international cafe where my husband got his coffee every morning, there was never a charge,

We just got off the Emerald Princess and had purchased a coffee package 9 months ago. We went to the Captain’s Club representative and after a few phone calls she informed us the 15 coffee or tea package would be honored. Be sure to bring a receipt of your precruise purchase to show!

I was going to cancel them, as I highly suspect they won't be honored. But, I decided to leave them in place and show passenger services my travel summary to see what they do. Best case they honor the card. Most likely they credit the amount back as OBC. Worst case they do nothing and then I have to fight corporate. We will see .......

Last Novembere were on the Norwegian Bliss in a 2 bedroom Haven suite that was the nicest suite we've ever stayed in . The private observation lounge with all day snacks and goodies was fantastic as were the comfy couches and chairs. The only problem we had was when leaving the Haven area it was wall to wall people, not a quiet are to be found so rarely left the haven area.

RIPTA the Rhode Island transportation's website has on their page that they have a free HOP on HOP OFF BUS route 67 that runs free until Oct. 31. It runs every 20 minutes.

I can't remember which port on the New England itinerary has a place along the water where you try to hit golf balls to a target hole tht is moored offshore in the ocean. Any help would be appreciated.

We will be on the Enchanted in October and don't have a flight till 4:30 from Newark in the afternoon.We are considering a 4 hour city tour but the time of the excursion is stated as 6:30a.m. Has anyone taken a similar tour and is that the real time it leaves from the ship? Also does anyone know if there is anywhere to sit at Newark before we check in our bags as I understand we cannot check in till 4 hours before our flight?

By mistake left my Acuvue daily contacts at home and am just starting my cruise. Anyone know of any optical shops near port or on the hop on hop off bus route to see if I can buy a weeks worth of lenses?

We are booked in 2 bedroom family suite 17724 on NCL Bliss and just noticed that we are directly under the Haven outdoor restaurant. Does anyone have any knowledge of noise problems such as early morning cleaning or chair scraping involved with this area?

When clicking my cruise planner to investigate excursions for our August Alaska sailing no excursions appear. Anyone else having this problem?

We had a penthouse suite on the Majestic in November on D deck(with the largest balcony), and were bumped to c deck penthouse because of quarantine cabin protocols. I was given no notice but happened to see the change when i checked my cruise planner online. I immediately called Princess but noting could be done to change back to my original cabin. No OBC was offered as compensation either.

Just got back from our Radiance cruise on Feb 5 th. Once onboard we went to guest services to ask for an upgrade. We were told no upgrades once on the ship (which was at 30% capacity). So I would try at the port itself before entering the ship.
