I read the article. Just wondering and hoping that our cruise will happen.

So I'm wondering what is going to happen with cruises out of San Juan for Nov. 2021. We have one Nov. 6 on Vision to Ft. Lauderdale.

We like the smaller ships .We just like to relax when we cruise. We just booked Vision for November from San Juan to Fort Lauderdale.

Our TA called me this past Thursday. I was at the drag strip in Indianapolis for the Hot Rod Power Tour when my phone rang so I let it go to voice mail. 10 minutes later my wife Lisa called me and obviously that one I answered. ;)

 

Lisa said that RC is offering us $500 OBC. We would need to pay in full, approximately 3 weeks in advance of our final payment date for our September 30th Harmony Cruise. We are sailing in a Star Class cabin, SLS 1724.

 

 

They informed our TA that they are in high demand and they are looking firm up who will be following through and who will be turning them in before final payment. I said to Lisa pay in full and take the OBC. They really must want one and who ever is needing it will pay a steep premium.

 

 

As for Indy, it was hot and the races were good. Oh and the food porn was spectacular. I might post a few pics.

We were on the HRPT too. Did the long haul in a 66 El Camino.

Our cruise is in Jan of 2018 and I was able to book my time dining for 10 people. I thought you had to wait till at least 90 days before sail date.

On the anthem we downloaded a current picture of ourselves when we did our online check in at home and they used that for your security photo on the ship. The paperwork had a bar code on it so you could use it to buy drinks before you got your actual card.

We did the cave tubing exc. from the ship. It was a lot of fun and very interesting. The down side to it was the bus ride. The roads in Belize are horrible.

If you go to rci website to start your online check in it will tell you about the credit card situation. I'm pretty sure she can use her own cc.

We used Home2Suites by Hilton. It is on West Montague Street. They shuttle you to and from the port. Nathaniel was the shuttle driver. He was very nice. We had a king room for one night with the park and cruise package and it was 129.00 plus tax. The room was great.

My husband and I love Goldies. The cracked Conch is great and the conch salad is good. We will be there in Jan. can't wait.
