The elevators were more user generated issues. There was no explanation on how they operated anywhere unless you were part of this forum or the Facebook groups. 

We were on the same cruise and I agree on every point you made.  Bars were bad, understaffed, generally unfriendly bartenders (a few were great, and I made sure to go back to them and tip extra).  Dave was meh, lacked energy for a cruise director.  The elevators were a disaster.  My least favorite part was the disembarkation.  The "express" disembarkation should be by reservation and ONLY those that reserved a spot allowed.  There were probably 5:1 without bags in that line meaning they likely checked their bags and decided to try to go around the system.  It was chaos.  This was our first MSC cruise and I don't remember Carnival being as chaotic.  Also, does CBP not check anything anymore asides from passport facial recognition?  I feel like I could have brought anything ashore and they just waved everyone through.  

No clue. I've searched but have found nothing. I'll be there next week and will let you know.

I think it's Boho House and from what I've seen it has been on the maps prior. 🤷‍♂️

The website is less than optimal at most times.  Clearing everything worked for me, but I usually have trouble on multiple browsers/computers with the site.

Clear internet history/cache/cookies and try it again.  Worked for me the other night.
