  1. Yes, this is an error not a hack. The issue is now resolved.

     

    I emailed the Avalon support team at the time and this was their response:

     

    Hi there,

    We are aware of a system issue with our GoApps - our technology team are working diligently to correct the issue. Apologies for the confusion.
