Glad to hear it's been resolved, hope you can now enjoy the remainder of your honeymoon together.

Great review, thanks for sharing. I like the look of the cabin layout you stayed in and am busy planning a few more trips!

My TA has told them that I am expecting them to contact me. He has even furnished them with my number.
The rep he was dealing with waited until 16:55 yesterday to tell him I had until close of business today to come to a decision, and conveniently passed him on to a colleague as they were taking today off.
There is not a single instance of the word "sorry" from Cunards correspondence.
This is most bizarre, I am sorry you've had to experience this. It does not sound normal, nor acceptable.
Although they should be contacting you directly - or your TA should be handling this for you as a matter of urgency - I would be tempted to call them directly and explain what has happened and ask what is going on and why. There should be an apology at the very least as a starting point.- 3

Firstly, sorry to hear this. Secondly, have you been able to speak with Cunard directly? I ask because the transcript you provided mentions they wish to speak with you regarding this, I am hoping that if you have - or are willing to - speak with Cunard directly they might understand the situation this has put you in. Not least of all the stress caused after checking in to your assigned cabin.
I truly hope you reach a resolution that is satisfactory for you both, and you can enjoy your honeymoon together.

Have a great time all on this one!

Blimey, there's a lot of hate for chairs no-one has sat on. Can we not take the sting out of something few of us have yet to experience ourselves?

You get a 20% discount on the full price of the drink I think

Been onboard for nearly 2 hours now. We were sped through check in and security was fairly quick, I think this was because we abided by our embarkation time.
Terminal to cabin was about 20 minutes!
Had a small wonder around, we’ve booked the spa for the week after having a tour.
Now sat in the Chart Room (which might I add has a fantastic bar!) with a (at least I hope) deserved beer.
How much was the spa for the week (assuming the aqua therapy pools?), if you don't mind me asking?

It does rather look like not all the furniture is there - The Queens Room and The Britannia Restaurant look like there's these spaces where other chairs / tables should be.
As for the style, it's personal preference and difficult to judge without seeing in person, personally - can't wait to see her and explore the ship!
Also hopeful that "finishing touches" are still to be made to a lot of spaces ahead of the maiden tomorrow (for those lucky to be on her!)

As the Ship's interior designer teams said a while back ''Be prepared to be wowed''.
Yes, indeed the ship does look pretty gorgeous to me inside her - Smart minimal sleek art deco themes done with very nice colour shades/palettes.Very restful - I like it - alot!
Just the Prom deck issue for me is the deal breaker....LOLWhat promenade deck issue?

Thanks for sharing these, it's lovely to see it looking more "finished". Loving what I'm seeing so far!

I think it's fair to say these are mostly at the end of fitout rather than being the finished presentation that will be presented to guests, those finishes touches will be worth waiting for! I have high hopes, I can see the vision and can't wait to see it myself!

Been able to book Aji Wa, Aranya, Sir Samuels (plus the lunch option) and Tramonto for 15th October sailing. There was also another option for Sushi Table at Aji Wa.
I did read it shouldn't be possible, but it's all gone through and showing in bookings and calendar.

Thanks for this, and the detailed review. More excited than before to board in October.
