  1. I have never had a problem with motion sickness in many cruises. However we are all different and how we react. I used to take OTC meclizine to be on the “safe” side…now I don’t think about it. I have had vertigo BPH and it actually was not a problem on a ship.

You might check with your medical professional if you are very concerned about it. There are several things out there that help. More than likely..if you don’t think about it, you will be just fine.

  2. We went with a PCC and then I decided to transfer to a TA. She was extremely rude and insulting to me in several emails. My TA said she didn’t understand why she would have been that way because they still got credit for the booking.

  3. We have cruised many times, but our one Princess cruise was poor. We were on the Discovery Princess 16months ago. Too many people, poor food, and frankly the way people dressed for dinner was awful. That was our one and only Princess experience. We are not a fan of being on a ship with 4500 people.

We got ours applied to our April cruise that we had booked several months before we found out about the benefit.  I somehow got it applied myself because I didn't know the TA could or needed to be involved.

You'll get a notification email that you've been verified.  Print that to keep.  Talk to your TA and see if they can get it applied to your upcoming cruise.

Thank you. We have two coming up.

Thank you Emme1233, we are ending our cruise and have a next day departure back to Atlanta. Not sure if I understand the $30 fee. I like the the hotel across the airport idea. I just checked that hotel on google and it looks like it will do. Thank you again and safe travels to you. DB

You can email that Wyndham hotel and they are very helpful. you can find that address on their webpage. The $30 tax is confusing. So the best thing to do would be to ask them. The rate is about $160US and that includes breakfast. Have a good trip.

  6. You would do much better booking it yourself, and not using the cruise line. They charge double, and prices in Argentina are cheap right now. We have been there several times, and always booked ourselves. Highly recommend the Hyatt, The Madero is very nice..included breakfast. Do not even consider The Presidente..it is a dump. The airlines put us there when our departure flight was cancelled.

  7. We are in the same situation,  a late arrival and early departure the next morning. After checking we will likely stay at Hotel Costa del Sol Wyndham Lima Aeropuerto which is directly across the street. There is a 2nd story walkway or you can cross the street. When I spoke with the hotel if you have an international connecting flight, as we are going on to Santiago, Chile, you do not pay the $30 plus immigration fee to come back to the airport. I would certainly confirm that again. Also there is a new hotel complex being built with a 5 star Wyndham in the airport, but that is scheduled to open early 2025. Couldn’t get any details or specifics but sure would be more convenient to fly direct, but we couldn’t avoid that one stopover.

  8. We have done this trip twice. Both times after we came back from The Galapagos we stated at the JWMarriott for at least two more days, and then caught our flight home.

‘’Yes it was orderly. The airport has become very busy in the Galapagos, but we had no complaints.
