  1. I opened the website to log in for and upcoming cruise and after backing up to change my credit card information the site blocked me out from being able to load any further information. I called and spoke to several people at Oceania and none knew how to correct this major problem. Any suggestions? The Oceania website is poorly designed---very slow at times and presents a real issue with not being able to reset once locked out.
