Thank you! Here's what our TA told us: "The cruise line told me their system won't let them flag your sailings as a back to back. They said you can tell the cabin steward onboard that you will be in the same cabin on the next sailing and ask them not to move your belongings. "You will need to disembark and re-embark in Canada. You will need to have your travel documents and edocs from the cruise line with you to re-embark." But we will be changing cabins (due to upgrade) and I guess I'll just have to check when we board in Boston to ensure all goes well.

We booked two cruises - Boston to Quebec City (9/6/24) and Quebec City back to Boston (9/13/24). NCL does not recognize this as a back-to-back cruise. I am told we must exit the ship in Quebec City and reboard as if it were a new cruise. We'll have to take our bags off, sit for a few hours and then check in all over. Has anyone experienced this? If so, was NCL willing to help with bags staying onboard, etc. so you could spend some time exploring Quebec City? To compound things we will have different cabins on each cruise.
