They're likely both correct as it depends whether you're walking or riding.  Google Maps shows it's a 3.5km walk taking 47 minutes.  We took a taxi as it's a bit of a walk with luggage..

How far from the port is this?  One person said 10 minutes, another said 45 minutes?
