It's free with the promotion that they are running right now. You also get free WiFi and a $50 shipboard credit.

Which promotion is this?

I have a Gold status on both carnival and royal Caribbean. I was told by an MSC agent that gold Carnival is better status. Does anyone know what I will be at MSC level with gold carnival?! I filled out the application and still waiting to hear back
Thanks

Unlimited wine (a choice of 2 white, 2 red and 1 rosé house brands), mineral water, draft beer, sodas and fruit juices during lunch and dinner.
The drinks included in this package are for consumption in the main restaurants and the self-service buffet, but not in the specialty restaurants. Only at the lunch/dinner times announced in the daily planner.
How much is this plan running? We may be interested.

Op - I thought the same as you seeing the show before dinner. I always have late dindinner and prefer the show after. The nice thing was not having to rush through get dinner to get good seats which was always the case with other lines. The shows were amazing, wouldn't recommend skipping them You'll have time after the show and before dinner to go back to your cabin. If you're worried about not having anything to do after dinner, there were nightly events in the black and white lounge which were great.

Ok thanks!!! I guess we will have to get used to that! Is there a disco open at night for dancing?

[emoji4]...it is weird but I got used to it. MSC is more subdued at night than other lines, so i just adjusted the schedule and enjoyed the sunrises :).

Yes! I agree, very weird! I guess we will have to get used to it for the week or just skip the shows. We enjoy the evening shows and might just go and see how they are.

That is the way it is on every cruise line.
I've never heard of it this way and have been on every cruise line lol
The show is always at 10pm after dinner (for late seating). I've never heard of the show before dinner. This is going to be awkward

OMG!! I am so sorry for writing such a stupid post. What I meant to say is that you friend is correct. MSC does the shows backward from other companies. If you have late seating you will see the show before dinner. The shows are shorter than the typical cruise show, and the dinners are longer than the typical cruise line.
An example
Early dinner sees 8:30 show
Late dinner sees the 7:00 show
Times do vary a bit, but they are close to what I have posted. Again, my apologies. I try to be helpful and my first post on this thread was anything but :::embarrassed::::

Nooo not stupid and don't be embarrassed!! Thanks for explaining it and I was hoping she was wrong [emoji853]
I always enjoy the show after dinner. Boo hoo

Late seating eats before the show. Your friend is correct.

Ok, so this means the show is AFTER dinner correct?! I'm confused now lol
I've been on over 40 cruises and never had a show before dinner. Except the captains cocktail reception.

My friend heard that if you have early seating you watch the show after dinner. Which is normal for all cruise lines.
Although, if you have late seating your show time is BEFORE dinner?! I hope this isn't true!!! Please tell me she heard wrong lol
One of the reasons we enjoy late seating for dinner is so we can relax and not feel rushed to get ready for dinner.
Thanks

I've read there is a fee for the food in the sports bar. Is this true?

I was wondering if they have themed dress nights on the 7nt Divina sailings. I like to pack and plan ahead. Besides the usual Formal nights what other themes will there be?! I know on other cruise lines we have 70s night, 80s night and so on...
Thanks

I don't know how true this is but I did ask a representative over the phone. She told me the kids vouchers are non alcoholic but include gelato, milkshakes, smoothies, etc... we have three kids and we're really hoping that lady is wrong lol more drinks for us the better
