How rude of me. I should have introduced myself before I butted in on your thread. My better half and I are 45 and 43 and as you can see we are from Maryland. We have been together for 13 years and raised twins who have since left the nest. Time to vacation. We took our first cruise together last October.Prior to that we traveled by plane around the world. I guess once you've cruised you must continue. It's nice to see that so many other women feel the same. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

I was killing time checking out the boards and stumbled on to this thread. My better half and I just got back from a cruise on RC out of Baltimore. We chose that cruise due to the fact we could drive to the port. We had a great time with everyone we met. In fact so much so we are going again with the same bunch next October. We looked in to an Olivia cruise but got scared away by the price. It didn't seem important enough to be with "our kind" when we could go on a RC alot cheaper. We had no problems on our last cruise and are really looking forward to doing it again. Sure, we got some looks but we get that everywhere we go.
