Absolutely painless, the rep I spoke with manually refunded my extras and said they should process in about 24 hours.

Called Carnival at 9am this morning.  No hold time, and rebooked my cruise for 11/12 (hoping).  The call took 25 minutes and I ended up with an additional $25 OBC and an overage of $40 which was also issued as OBC.  Excellent customer sevice!

My 9/3 cruise has been canceled.  I have opted to rebook.  I have also paid for, faster to the fun, an excursion and the chef's table.  Will the add ons be part of my credit or will the be refunded to my method of payment?
