As Vibe passes are not available to purchase before boarding for my sailings, does anyone know where I can purchases them when I board? How much are they?

I used to rent a scooter from Special Needs and then NCL switched to Scootaround a few years ago. We are sailing out of San Juan and Scootaround (where I pick up and drop off the scooter in my room which I think is less convenient) charges quite a bit more than Special Needs (where they meet you at the terminal and you pick up and drop off the scooter before checking in or covid testing etc.)
It seems I could avoid the wheelchair assistance getting on and off the ship.
What would be the downside to going with Special Needs as NCL recommends Scootaround?

We will be on the Epic Stateroom 10276 Accessible (Aft) in the New Year and have a question:
It doesn't look like we can take the aft elevators and get to 5th floor Taste or Guest Services. Would have to go to forward elevators and then back to Taste or is there another way? Any other logistical concerns for a scooter on the Epic?

I'm trying book my flights from LGA and see the NCL website shows the GEM time of arrival on Nov 26 at 10AM. Is that just a time to be safe as I thought the ships most often dock in NYC at 6AM or 7AM? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

Can anyone tell me where I will pick up my rental scooter in New York for Breakaway from Special Needs at Sea. On the invoice it reads pick-up in Kiosk. Where is the Kiosk?
The invoice also reads the scooter will be delivered to my room. Any idea which is correct?
If I need an extension cord to charge my scooter, will a regular cord wok? I wasn't able to get an accessible stateroom so I know space will be tight..

I struggle with settings on every cruise. We will use iConcierge, pick up and return texts, I am Canadian and may have a US and might consider purchasing a Caribbean package

Bluetooth - off - unless I'm using a speaker

Starboard side. Room was great. The balcony is stunningly large, and there's no overhang so you get an unadulterated sky view. Next time I'm on the BA it will be very hard to go back to the usual window ledge balcony.
What was your stateroom # with the extended balcony?

My 90 days were up so I was allowed to go in and make my reservations. Once I was done, I have logged back in a few times and cannot find my reservations. Where do find them??

I have some mobility challenges and find it difficult to cross the road/highway to line up for taxi to LGA. Can I order a taxi, limo, Uber to pick me up where it is easier to get to pick-up place with bags in tow?
