TUI River Cruises say that they are commencing operations in Germany on 26th November. Is this realistic seeing as Germany has just announced the whole of the UK, as well as many other countries, is now a risk area?

We were booked on a TUI River Cruise in December. When I discovered that they were delaying the start of their operation I spoke to a very friendly lady who offered a full refund. The money was paid into my account the same day.
I have been very impressed with TUI River Cruises in all of my dealings with them. I will be booking with them when this crazy situation is over.
