  1. I don't intend on making this crude - and wish I didn't have to make it as a public post; however, unfortunately, I haven't been able to find the question online, and three different customer service agents from MSC have not been able to obtain an answer. I booked a "Wax total body" prior to booking (awesome deal $35). Now, I cannot for the life of me find what this entails? I'd just like to know what I'm getting into before so I know not to pay for these things beforehand (or am left without it while on board). For example would a "Wax Total Body" include eyebrows? I doubt it - but who knows? It's part of the body right ;)

I really want to know the answer to this too!!!

  2. If anybody has any experience with Seaside’s babycare program, I would love to hear about it! I have received a lot of conflicting information between the website and the phone CSRs. The hours of availability are unclear (phone rep told me different hrs than website) and I am still unsure if drop off care is available when the ship is at port. The phone rep told me that you can hire a babysitter to come to your room to babysit between 11pm and 2am for $6/hr but I could not confirm this anywhere on their website (I would probably not feel comfortable utilizing this service, but I am just curious about it)...one phone rep told me cribs are “first-come, first-serve” and could only be booked onboard while a different rep told me I could reserve a crib when booking. We are looking to cruise in May with a 1 year old, and it would be nice to have some concrete answers before booking!!

  3. This was a couple of years ago, but my bf and I flew into MIA the night before a cruise. A couple of friends picked us up and we went straight to a restaurant for dinner. We left all of our luggage in the car. I don't take a purse on cruises. I just keep everything in my carry on. Well, I grabbed my credit card and ID (thank God) before going into the restaurant since we were gonna have some drinks. Left the rest of the carry-on, including our passports, in the car. (stupid, I know). Car was broken into. Passports gone! Luckily, I knew exactly where our birth certificates were and my friend had a key to my house in Atlanta. She was able to scan them and email them to me. We printed them out and were able to board on Carnival the next morning with the scanned BCs and our IDs. I never leave my carry-on anywhere now!!
