Does anyone know when we will receive our cruise document and luggage tags?  We will be on Sept 07 sailing.  I thought it is three weeks before the cruise.  We still have not received ours yet.  Thanks

When you cancelled your 8/31 cruise, did you get your money back or future cruise credit?

We were in China 2019.  The tour guides and drivers were happy to accept tips, but servers in the restaurants did not.

Does anyone know whether Jet Blue is cancelling flights from Houston to JFK?  Viking booked us on Jet Blue for Sept 06 for Houston to JFK.  I checked the United Air website and Jet Blue was replaced with Top Air.  Fight #, schedule and plane are still the same.  Does this means United is replacing Jet Bleu with some other airlines?  Any info will be appreciated.

To apply for the Pre-registration for Visiting Iceland,  is there any form that we have to fill in order to receive that security code  I read the whole " visit.covid.is website", it tells you what you need and to do but not no form to fill in order to apply for the security code for entrance to Iceland.

Thank you so much for the ice tunnel and Vigur Island info.  They are sure helpful for me to make my decisions

For going down 100 ft. in the ice tunnel, are there man-made steps or gradual descending?  Are there rails along the side for support?  I hate to spend $400 for not to be able to make to the bottom of the tunnel.  We have been to Iceland twice before.  We have seen most of the tours attractions except the ice tunnel and Vigur Island.  Hope to see those Puffins.   I have a little problem in walking.  I could walk for one hour in shopping mall or on side walks without a walker nor a cane for support.  Are the roads in the ice tunnel  and on Vigur Island hard to negotiate?  Any info will be appreciated.  See you all aboard.  

We tried to reserve dinning.  It says restaurant.  Is this the same as MDR as some people talk about in the Roll Calls?  The only time available at the Restaurant  is 8:30 pm for Sept 7 sailing.  Anyway to get 6:30  Thanks.
