We were on the Wind Surf last week and brought wine, soda, and bottled water aboard with no problems. There was enough room in the mini bar fridge to put your own 6-pack of soft drinks + a bottle of wine without having to remove the stuff already in there.
There were also cocktail packages you could buy in the bars that basically gave you 4 drinks for the price of 3. There was a Grey Goose package, Cointreau, and I think Malibu rum and you could choose from 4-5 drinks in each category. Price ranged from about $21 to $33. They give you a sales slip with four circles drawn on it, and each time you get a drink they cross one off.
