I'm so thrilled your story has a happy ending :) As a daddy's girl who recently lost her father, I know how irreplaceable that bear is, and I am truly truly thankful it all worked out.

On my last family vacation with my parents, we went to Vegas, and someone stole my camera. It wasn't digital, just a 35 mm. I bought a throw away after and was able to take some ok shots, but nothing will ever replace those pictures we lost. The roll we lost had the only photos of all 3 of us together (I didn't realize until we had already gotten home).

I just found this thread and wanted to say thanks to everyone who shared those stories! They were hilarious.
