I've never gotten a call like this from Princess. I had just put in a bid for an upcoming cruise. I thought maybe that is what the call was about but all he kept saying was he would tell me in a few minutes.

I received a phone call from Princess last night. The rep left a message that he needed to talk to me regarding a future cruise package. I called back and it was a princess phone line. I'm never 100% sure when I get calls. I did leave a vm and this morning the rep called me back. He wanted to make sure that he was talking to the correct person and had all my information, name, address, how many cruises I've taken, etc. He said that he had a wonderful package to offer me and told me to get a pen and paper. He wanted me to write down $7499. I asked what that was for and he said he would tell me in a few minutes. He asked me if I had written down the amount that he gave me. At this point I got annoyed. I questioned him again that I wanted to know what this was for. A second time he said he would tell me in a few minutes. I told him that I was not interested in anything he had to offer me because he wasn't tell me anything. Anyone else get a phone call like this?

I received an e-mail this week to bid on a suite. I checked our cruise and it states "sold out" for all suites and mini suites. Why does Princess send e-mails when there is nothing available? We have a mini suite booked.

My husband and I disembarked on Monday also. We had a great time. We were in a suite - D737 and our toilet didn't work one day. What a mess. Room steward, plumbers, quickly came to our room to fix the problem. They told us there were other rooms that had the same problem. Everything was sanitized and you would never know there was a problem. I went to the casino a few times and the reason I left was because of the smoke. Many people were just sitting and smoking. They were not playing. I would have stayed longer but the smell was bad. We walked most days and there is a smoking area on the promenade deck. There were days that it was quite busy with smokers. We did walk off and were off the ship quickly. We drove our friends to the airport and dropped them off at 8:30 a.m. There were a ton of taxis to pick people up at the port.

Does Princess have an excursion to Brooks Falls to view the bears? We are doing a 13 day off the beaten path cruisetour but I don't see any excursion listed. Help! I will be posting this on the Princess board also. Just trying to cover all areas. Thanks!

Update: I can get into specific cruises 50% of the time. Yesterday, when I tried logging in, I got a message that Princess is having computer issues with "some" accounts. 5 minutes later, I tried logging in and got right in.

Still happening. I cleared browser, history, etc. I left a message for my princess rep. Very frustrating.

For the last few days, I have not been able to book a room on the Princess site. This morning, I got a message about technical difficulties when I logged into the website. Any idea on what is going on?
