How do you Bid using RoyalUP?  We are sailing in December and currently have an oceanview.  I had never heard of this, so my interest is piqued!!  TIA

We will be cruising on the Grandeur in December and the first port is Dominican Republic, but I don't see any available shore excursions.  Just wondering what there might be to do there?  TIA

Very easy to do. Taxi stand has set prices, we usually wait for another couple to cut the price a little. After beach time, easy shopping. We do it every time.

We are taking our daughter and twins 12yo granddaughters and they would love to swim with the dolphins. I'm reading that you take a 45 minute ferry ride to Anguilla. Where do we catch the ferry, how do we get there and what is the cost? Thank you!

:cool: We have been to Orient Beach twice and going back in November. The first time we went down to the regular beach where there were a few topless sunbathers. We got chairs and laid in the sun. I got a bit brave and went into the water and took my top off -- that was my first experience!! Last time we went, we decided we would try the Club Orient side. Not many people were on the beach and my husband and I (who are in our 50's) went and got chairs and an umbrella. I laid down and took my top off and as he was pondering whether he should join me or not, there were 2 young couples who came up and sat RIGHT NEXT to us!! Go figure :cool:. Anyway, before the day was over we were both enjoying the nude sunbathing. We look forward to going back again this year. We will have our sunscreen with us and plan on spending the whole day there.
