It has not changed. I have had 7 sailings since the change. 6 posted correctly.
2 were 2 points a night in shared suite. 2 were in standard rooms and posted 2 points a night automatically as solo and 2 were in JS and posted 3 points a night as solo.
I had one post incorrectly and they have been horrible about updating it. I have now waited one month after they filed a document when I called C&A. The Loyalty Manager on Liberty said that it normally takes 3 weeks for points to be corrected after the report is filed.
I recommend a call to the C&A number to start the process.
I had to call the last time and get pretty vocal about it. I guess I have to do it again ::sigh:: The only reason I thought to check here if others were still getting the double points is because I looked at their FAQ and it says one point for one night. It makes no mention of solo cruisers getting double.

It was two weeks ago, so definitely after Oct 1! I will start a conversation with them.
Thanks!
As an update, I did start a conversation and was ultimately awarded 2 points for each night.
However: I did a 13 night cruise solo since then and was again only awarded 1 point per night. I have sent a request twice via their website under missing points. Each time I get an automated response that someone will respond within 48 hours. Nobody has responded either time.
I am about to book a few cabins for a family holiday and would like to get my points resolved before doing so.
Before I get on the phone and try to resolve, has the program been changed back to single points again?

If your cruise left after October 1, 2013 then contact Royal Caribbean, as you should have received an extra point per night.

My most recent cruise...solo...just posted at single points, not double. SHould I contact them or will it update later to double?

Actually I go into the dining room close to the end of brunch and ask for my drink to go.
Good idea, I'm just not organized enough on a sea day to head back down to dining room to do that, usually settled in somewhere for the afternoon at that point.

True but still dont understand why we cannot use it anywhere on the ship?
Agreed. I have never used my drink coupon...I am just not ready to face an alcoholic drink at 9-10AM. Showing my age

Victory 9/26-30, hat, no swapping to tumbler. I have no one to give it to so just left it in the room when I left. The steward brought it to the room on formal night.
Although it is not for me, it is a nice baseball cap, as caps go.
