Cruisemom, what do you recommend that we see that is near trastevere???

I'm leaning towards spending the day in Trastvere? We had dinner there the last visit. Is this worth spending the day??? Our time is so precious in every port.

Slidergirl, we did half day tours of the Vatican and the Colesseum

we will be in Rome for a day, we've seen the Vatican, Colesseum, Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish steps. Any suggestions as to what we need to see next?

Also, best way to get from Civi to Rome and back to port? TIA

We will be in Valletta overnight from 7:00 a.m. Monday until 1:00 p.m. Tuesday. We have never been there before, I would love suggestions as to what to do with all of our time here! Many thanks!

Op here...I should have said that we looked at cruises leaving from Venice but there are not a lot of options. We have a large amount of points on Royal Car/Celebrity that we would like to use.😄

DH and I would like to see Venice next Fall and then take a cruise. Is it easier to get from Venice to Barcelona or Venice to Civ? We were in Rome last year and did a 10 day Western Med cruise but did not see Venice! Thanks for your help!
