We received a full cash refund of our deposit to our CC for a September '20 British Isles cruise exactly 60 days after we canceled over the phone with a Princess rep in April. We were pretty happy!

We are on the 12 day September 25 Regal sailing after 4 days on land in Ireland as part of our cruisetour.

We are on a 12 day British Isles cruise at the end of September 2020. One of the members of our group has a question about the use of the pools at that time of year in the British Isles. I know everything is weather dependent, but does anyone have any experience  or thoughts about using the pools at that time of year? i would think it would be too cool, but any advice to relate to her would be helpful. Does anyone have any experience with the land first portion of this cruisetour we will be doing in September 2020? We are going over to Ireland a few days early and want to stay in the Limerick area where our land portion begins, preferably at the same hotel that Princess will use. I called Princess about a month ago and the agent said the hotels being used are usually in the itinerary about 300 days out. So far, no hotel info. Does anyone have any idea when the hotels will become part of the itinerary listing? Thanks.

We are on this British Isles cruise in September 2020 and are booked for a Princess excursion to Normany while in LeHarve. It is a 10-1/2 hour excursion. Has anyone been on this excursion that can provide any details other than what is on the Princess excursion write-up? Finally seeing Normandy has been on our bucket list.Thanks.

We are on a 15 day full transit Panama Canal cruise departing on February 29, 2020. We have never been on this long a cruise with so many at sea days (7). Any ideas on when the 'formal' nights might be? We are trying to plan on when we might dine at the specialty restaurants. Thanks!

We are looking at a British Isle cruise on Regal September 2020. Itinerary goes up between Ireland an England/Scotland, then up over the north end of Scotland and down the east side of England to Paris. Any thoughts on port or starboard side cabins? We are leaning toward port but figure it may not matter. Has anyone taken this cruise? Thanks!

Oh yes there is!  A grand piano in Martini's is played during happy hour.  But good luck finding a seat.  Come early or after the GDR opens at 6:30.  But always very nice. And as Mura has stated there is live music in Horizons and THe Grand Bar.   Have a great cruise!

For those that have sailed on Riviera before, is there a piano bar? We have enjoyed this type of place on other ships and are hoping Riviera has one. We are boarding with a small group on 5/15. Thanks.

Does anyone have experience using the WhatsApp app on Oceania ships. I know it is supposed to work in ports when you are connected to WIFI, but does it work onboard too? This will be our first time trying to use it. Thanks!

We are on Riviera on May 15th. One of our party of 5 is not particularly fond of Asian cuisine and is concerned about the spiciness of the foods available on the menu. Does anyone have any comments or recommendations on the Red Ginger menu? We currently have a reservation there but could skip it if the food is considered spicy. thanks!

Our Princess cruise goes to Aruba, Curacao, Grenada, Dominica, St. Thomas, Grand Turk, starting 1/26. As we have never been to these islands or this far south, should we be prepared for insects on land. I know its a crazy question, but my wife made me ask!  Thanks!
