Before you decided on Tauck, did you consider A&K or Viking or another tour company?      What made you choose Tauck?    

With Tauck, are you part of a small group (how many?) or was your guide a private guide for you only?

Also, we like the idea of the Oberoi Zahra (774 ft) in part because of its private mooring.     Is this important?    I have read that on smaller ships (236 ft), they are "rafted" very often.

I forgot to say that we received 100% refund for our cancelled Feb. 2023 Viking Mississippi cruise.

Our trip was cancelled by Viking about 2 weeks before departure.     Apparently debris in the river caused damage to propulsion system and our cruise dates had to be cancelled.     ONLY our particular week was cancelled.

So, unfortunately, I have no information for you!

We are booked on the Viking Mississippi River cruise from Memphis to New Orleans (late January - early February 2023).

Questions:     (1) What kind (if any) of after-dinner "entertainment" is offered?  (2)  Is it each night?    (3) What time does it start?

Does anyone know what to expect in the weather (temperature, etc.) during the at-sea days on a southern Atlantic crossing in early February?

To answer an earlier question, this group of performers on the Wind will be with the ship until October '14.

I concur that Corey Sandler is a terrific lecturer. Look for him on future Silversea cruises.

We were in Tallinn for a day and decided not to take our ship's tour of the town.

Instead, we followed Rick Steves' walking tour of the town and it was absolutely perfect. We recommend it highly. There is also a link to a map adjacent to the written tour.

One note of caution: Be careful of pickpockets!!!!! They operate in pairs -- one distracts you in front and the other grabs your wallet from behind.
