How many formal nights are there on Royal Caribbean’s Symphony of the Seas 7-night Caribbean cruise?

My husband and I are new to Celebrity. This will be our first time to South America and Antarctica. What do we pack? We will be on the Infinity from February 16, 2014, until March 30, 2014, when it returns to Miami. Do we need any vaccinations? What about transportation from Buenos Aires (EZE) airport to the pier? We haven't booked our flights yet to Buenos Aires, from Miami. ChoiceAir prices seem to be going up and up. At the end of July 2013, the price was $545.85 per person, one way. At the end of August 2013, it had increased to $679.70 per person, one way. Today the price is over $800 per person, one way. Does anyone know if there is a chance the prices for flights may come down before February? We are in Cabin 7173 for the entire 42 days. Has anyone ever been in that cabin?
