Can anybody tell me if the port fees & taxes are pp or total? A friend of mine was compped a cruise, buy she has to pay port fees & taxes ($185 & $90). I think these are total, but I wanted to make sure.

I too am reaching Diamond on my cruise in November. It would be nice if we could use the benefits right a way. Oh well, I'll just have to book another cruise.
