I need to get reading!

So I received confirmation on our driver through Eduardo and our driver is George. I have gone back until last fall (I admit, not all 92 pages!) and see no mention of George. Has anyone had him as a driver? I also see that there are TEN ships in cozumel that day! EEK! Does anyone know if they just hire on extra drivers for busy days? Should I be concerned?

I would also like to verify that hairbraiding is available on GSC and the price. Thanks!

RIDDLE: You will not be able to use the certificates with your husband's name on them. We have gone round and round with NCL about this. You have to have the card redone as a "joint account", both equally responsible not just as an authorized user. Then the certificates will come in both or your names. If not, your husband has to be in the room you are paying for. We even tried booking 2 rooms in our names (one for us and one for the kids). If he was not listed as the passenger in that specific room, we could not use the certificates to pay for the room. Eventually, we had the certificates in both of our names and put one of each of us in each room so we could use them. I'm not sure you will be able to do this with the change in the program now. Anyway, when we had to do this it was a TON of phone calls and generally resembled the headache people have gone through here to get their certificates. I hope you have a different experience, but I would get working on this if that is your intent. Good luck!:o

We are amongst those with an early in the month closing date. So... all of our december purchases from 12/2 on yielded ZERO points on our 1/2 statement. Round and round we have been with BOA. If anyone out there has the name of a CSR from BOA that has had success getting your December points credited, please share. I promise I will be polite and not let them know where I got their name. ;)

We are doing this excursion through NCL the first week of March. For those who have returned, a few questions. Once you actually get to Lamanai, how difficult is the hike/walk to get to the ruins or around the ruins? Did you want pants just for the hiking part? I've read in other places how hot it can be... Has anyone done this through NCL? I assume they transport us on buses. I appreciate all the info!
