The rumor on the street is that they have cancelled St. Thomas the last 3 weeks on the Getaway.  Not sure if that is true but I hope not.  We are scheduled to be there in 2 weeks😬

We just came off the Getaway and the price had increased to $14.99. The serviced sucked and I wouldn't waste my time or money again. Spent way too much effort trying to get it to work and it was sporadic at best. White board on the cabin door was more reliable :rolleyes:

same here, we have the Escape booked as a balcony guarantee on May 28 and assigned balcony on the Dawn Sep. 30 and neither one is showing up now :confused:

we just print our luggage tags on the self adhesive paper (like printing labels only the whole sheet). When we get ready to leave the hotel we pull them off of the backing and slap them on the suit case. Works great.:D

So, we had the same issue when I went to print our edocs for our upcoming cruise on the Epic my husband had a totally different number and it said "not yet enrolled":eek: He is a gold.....so I called customer service, got a run around and was given another phone number, called that one (went to the same place) and before they could transfer me again I just told them the story with both of his numbers and she corrected within 30 seconds. Even stayed on the phone until I could log back in to check. Crazy that one person can do it and 5 others can't.......

We have done this before once you are on board. You will just need to go the main desk with the keys and credit cards that you want to switch. It was no problem for us.
