It’s so hard to have a conversation in Wheelhouse or Crooner when the bands or musicians perform. The volume of the band in the piazza ruined a dining experience for us on Sky. I like music but more as background entertainment.

We walked out of the seafood restaurant on Sky cause couldn’t talk to each other. I wouldn’t pay money to eat in a disco volume venue.

So the race is on! Our train is due to get to Quebec around 12:00 so if we see a bus on the road we will wave to you.

4 adults, 2 toddlers and at least 6 pieces of luggage so do we take 2 cabs to the cruise port from the airport or is there another choice? Train doesn’t seem practical.

Our friends had a balcony cabin and that door was too small for a walker too, so not just inside rooms.

Done it twice, so just ask at guest service the day before disembarking where to meet.

• I just got off Enchanted on Saturday at pier 2. Princess provided a large touring coach for the 40 or so passengers going  to Sky at pier 21. Off one ship at 9am and on the next by 11am, easy peasy.

I lost the site that would tell me the passenger load in the ports we are visiting. I like to plan everything.

While some of that happened, there appeared to be many who just want to argue, even when provided with photographic evidence of what Princess was saying, live, on board Royal Princess in real time.  And/ or argue about ArriveCan, completely ignoring screen shots of the CURRENT process and policies (within 72 hours of boarding a ship leaving Canada if it will return to Canada). I even repeatedly posted a redacted copy of our ArriveCAN receipt and got arguments. 

 

We truly hoped to help some people with this live review. Hopefully we had some measure of success.

Gatch ya. We were on the first cruise with Good Spirits and I thought I was doing a favour telling about something new. Seems not so.

I forgot to mention... when we arrived at our cabin yesterday there were two documents waiting for us on the desk. Both had our cabin number on them. The first was a spa confirmation for a full body Swedish massage on Saturday at 10:30... Unfortunately it is for another person. (Hope you enjoy it, Bonnie!)  I returned the paper to the spa so they could get it to the right cabin.

 

The other document was a card to be presented to the dining room staff regarding our anniversary.  The funny thing was, it was addressed to my husband and another man!  I wonder what the other guy got in his cabin? 

 

Oh well, if those things are my biggest problem, it's a pretty darn good day. As my friend says "today does not suck". 

Sounds like you ran into Jackie at the martini bar, if you did you are one lucky cruiser.

True. Our steward’s first day was the same day we boarded the ship and one of our CC dining waiters, Francis, will leave the ship in June after his 9 month contract ends. No telling who’s going to be on the ship in 7 months. Now, if they had a staff picture outside of Vines or Crooners I could take a picture of, that would work. G stayed negative with all his precautions for weeks then caught it Friday or Saturday, just tells us how contagious this virus can be.

Can people standing together for 2 hours bring on enough viral load to infect the whole ship? Best to get off as soon as possible.
