I did this tour in February on Ventura. We did go to the Bridge (photographer took a group photo plus individual shots with the Captain). We also visited the stage area and the Headliners changing room, the mooring deck, Emergency Response Room, Engine Control Room, food storage areas and one of the galleys. Appropriate staff explained their area and answered any questions. We finished with snacks and a glass of bubbly in Sindhu. I asked at Reception on the evening I boarded and was directed to the Tours Desk. Cost was £75 and worth every penny! Pat

No facecloths available on Ventura in February. I'd taken a couple with me but 35 nights without them having a proper wash wasn't ideal! They were provided on request on Arcadia in September. I didn't bother asking about body lotion as it's not been available on any of my post-Covid cruises (Arcadia and Ventura).

I booked one in New Orleans on 30 April but, unfortunately, decided to leave booking one in Miami 'until later'. When I booked a trip in Port Canaveral on 25 August, the majority of the Miami ones were sold out! I booked one in Belize a couple of weeks ago but very little is available. I'm travelling alone so hoping that there may be more available - especially for Miami - once we board but don't hold out much hope. Pat

I asked my steward for body lotion and conditioner on Arcadia last October and again on Ventura in January, to be told on both occasions that they are no longer available. Maybe it depends on the ship/steward. However, I did get a facecloth which was changed most days, although some of them should have been consigned to the rag-bag long ago!

I asked on Arcadia in October - and was provided with a face cloth daily but told that small bottles of toiletries were no longer available.
Coach from Chester services

Departure from Abergele, North Wales is (usually) 07.15 and we occasionally make a couple of quick stops just off the A55. I’ve never taken note of our arrival time at Chester but would guess it’s around 08.00. I suppose it depends where the coach has come from.
