do you remember what they charged for a day room? Is it the same as overnight?

We will be on the Allure in just 2 weeks. I can't wait to follow along and hear about your trip!

Thanks! I saw a list one time on here that had hotels that offered day rooms, but now I can't find it. I'll look into Rodeway Inn. Do you know if there is anything of interest within walking distance?

We are getting off the Allure on Feb. 1 and have a 9pm departure flight. I would like suggestions for hotels that might offer a room for the day or possibly a day pass for their facilities. A shuttle to the airport would be nice, but not necessary. Does a day room typically cost the same price as an overnight room? TIA!

We are taking our first RCCL cruise on the Allure 1/25/15 and we got a Central Park balcony for $706. We usually go on Celebrity in Feb. each year, but this price was too good to pass up! I am hoping we are starting a new tradition!

From what I am reading, you get a discount if you attend Imaginarium the first night. If I prebook the show before we leave, will we still get the discount, or is it only available on board? TIA!

I am enjoying your review and I am now sold on doing the St.John Cat.!

I am really enjoying your review and pictures!

lastminutetravel.com will probably lead you to joining LMTClub.com. It is a free club that will show all the hotels and generally runs 5-10$ less than the general lastminutetravel.com site. No obligations once joining.
I use it in comparisons. SOMETIMES I do find rates lower elsewhere. So do the shopping.
I went to Lmtclub.com and it required a fee to join

Can I assume that tipping is appropriate on these tours? if a tour is $45-60, how much should you tip the guide?

Does anyone know if it is it possible to order smaller cosmopolitans, or any of the other specialty martinis at the martini bar using a classic pkg? Ive seen others mention you can get small martinis with the classic pkg, but I wasn't sure if they meant straight martinis. I enjoy the fruity type more. I don't mind if I just have to get a smaller size. Those are the only drinks that are not technically listed under the classic package that I wouldn't mind having one before dinner. Otherwise, Im good with everything else on the classic pkg.

Has any one rented from thrifty/dollar at Port Everglades and dropped off at MIA. The best price I could get online was $72 (1day rental)for a Sebring. I was wondering if they give a better price at their location. I am renting on the Feb 22nd.
