We were on that tour of P/Dawn we won it on internet you must have been in a different group than us there were a few groups. We were there that night for light and sound show too and sailed out next day on her for her maiden voyage it was a great build up to our cruise and the cruise was fantastic

Pacific Dawn in East Coast low returning to Sydney - 6-7th Sept 08

 

Best to strike while the iron is hot. Had a bit on fun mixing in some themed songs, including one that was released the same year MV Doulos was launched. Get ready with the Travacalm. If the seas don't get you, the mix of songs might! :eek:

just wondering where you got the CC cap* we are on the same cruise as you next march* W909 & think it is a great way to introduce ourselves

Hi Jim and I got our first caps off a guy on EBay but he's not on any moreBut the new black ones we just went to a place locally where they do embroidery* you can get the caps there and they embroided the C.C on it. Or you can buy your cap anywhere and they will embroider it(I hope thats how you spell it:o )We will probably all meet up somewhere on the ship. We will arrange to meet on a certain day and time and place. It will be very nice to meet you.Have you seen our Roll Call for our cruise? If your interested just go to roll calls and look for ours and post and join us there.

Jim didn't want to put music over that part of video as he wanted to keep in the harbour sounds horns blowing helicopter overhead ect. barbs commentary on S/P was a bonus

Finally got around to watching those Ian (knew I got up early for a reason:) ). They were great and what wonderful choice in music. Did you use a tripod (ovbiously not when snorkelling:p )? If not, you have a very steady hand. If so, how big is it? I would love to take one on our next cruise but don't want anything to big & bulky.

I've only just seen your posting and link to the video where we all feed the fish on Isle of Pines. Wasn't that the best snorkelling ever? And a bit scary too. :o

 

There were so many of them swimming right up to my face that I panicked and chickened out and gave the bag of crackers to Gail so she could feed them instead. What are friends for. :p

 

I then watched from a bit further away. :rolleyes: I was also keeping a watch for the bigger boys, you know, the ones with fins and big teeth. :D
