I arrive at Cannes at 8am until 6pm.

Has anyone in here actually been in Monte Carlo casino to gamble, i dont mind paying to get inside, but I don't wanna go just to stand out front and take pictures.

I'm being told even if you pay to go inside, you can't gamble.

I will have a rental car that i will need to return to Long Beach Airport before cruise. How early can i drop bags off at cruise port with porter at Long Beach docks?

I need to drop bags off then head to aiport and drop car off, then Uber back to port.

Im basically trying to prevent from hauling bags from Long Beach Airport to Long Beach cruise port.
