I keep reading that Bonaire has stricter Vaccine requirements than other islands and can't get a definite answer. Does anyone know if you are required to be boosted in order to disembark in Bonaire? If so, can you point me to where I can find that information?

Can you go to the Atlantis Casino if you are not staying at the hotel? I usually go there in a taxi when arriving by cruise ship but am not sure if that is still allowed due to COVID.

Does anyone know the prices for the Zoom internet packages onboard the Freedom of the Seas? Trying to decide whether to buy it now or wait and use C&A benefits onboard.

I had originally booked a 3 day cruise on the Navigator and was switched to the Freedom when Royal switched around all of their ships. I received an email today letting me know my final payment is due tomorrow and the receipt attached showed a higher price for the cruise.

Has that happened to anyone else? Can they raise the price just because they moved you to a different ship?

Does anyone know if you get the same on-board benefits on a 3-day cruise as on a 7-day? Specifically, I was wondering if Diamond members get the free interney day on the 3-day cruise.

Does anyone know what the prices are on the Anthem? I'm considering the surf and stream for 1 device. My mom is a diamond member and I am emerald. If i use her free day on the first day, I believe I get a 15% discount on the package for the other 6 days. At $17.99, I'm better off doing that. At $19.99, I'm better off buying it now for $13.99. Can someone who has been on Anthem recently confirm which is the right price?

I'm trying to figure out if I should pre-pay my internet surf and stream package or wait until I get onboard. My mother is Diamond and I am Emerald. The current price is $15.99 per day.

I don't really have to have the package on the first night. If we use my mom's free day coupon on day 2, will I be able to use my % off for just the last two days? Will it be at a package rate or a daily rate?

Does anyone have the Fun Times for this cruise?

Has anyone cruised to Havana under the "Family Visit" category? We will be going in October and the new People to People rules may be in place by that time. Since we do have a family member in Cuba, we could travel under that category and not have to follow the new regulations.

Has anyone done this? And if so, did you come under any additional scrutiny by immigration either in Cuba or coming back into the US? Were you asked to present any proof of your family ties?

For me, the only reason I booked this cruise is because my mom, who was born in Cuba, wants to show me where they lived, got married, etc. She is getting older and not sure how much longer she will be up to travelling. If we have to take an organized tour and can't see those places, there really is no reason to go to Cuba at all. Our cruise is scheduled in October so chances are the new rules will be in place by then. I may just cancel this cruise. :(

Can you use them for onboard credit if you went though a TA? If so, how?

I'm a bit confused about why people are saying it is only good for OBC. I used 50,000 points once for a short cruise for two worth almost $1000 and now have enough points for another one. Using it for those free short cruises is very attainable and makes the points worth a lot more than OBC.

Does anyone have the cruise compasses for the June 5th sailing of the Allure? This was a new itinerary and I will be on the Allure on the same itnarary next Sunday. I would really like to see the compasses before then. If it's easier to email them, please let me know and I will send you my email.

We are sailing on the Allure with a family of 12. We originally chose late seating just because we like having the same waiters and table every night. Now that it's almost time to sail, we realized that some of us with small children would be missing out on a lot of activities that start at 10 or 10:30 because we would be just finishing up dinner and would then have to go get the kids ready for bed and put them to sleep with grandma (the designated babysitter.)

We tried to switch to MTD and get reservations a little earlier but there are no reservations available after 5:30 and before 9.

What are the chances that they will let us switch to MTD once we are on the ship? I there anyone on board that we can email ahead of time? Is this something that the Diamond Concierge could help with since one person in our party is a diamond member?

I have been following you since I will be on the same itinerary in a couple of weeks. Could you please post cruise compasses when you get back? It will be great to see since this is the first time for this itinerary.

Also, drink menu pics would be great. Still trying to decide on drink package. For example, how much would a regular pina colada or strawberry daiquiri be without the drink package?

I purchased a gift certificate online last week for my niece to use as OBC for our upcoming June 26th cruise. It said to allow 48 business hours for receipt of the certificate via email. I purchased it on Friday but did not receive it yesterday (Tuesday). I called and they said they send an email to the department in charge of that.

The problem is that it needs to be redeemed two weeks before the cruise or it can not be used. There are only a couple of days left until it will be too late. They say there is nothing else they can do other than email that department.

I've been calling the 1-800-722-5970 number. Does anyone know of another number I can call to try to get this resolved or has anyone else had a similar problem they were able fix?

remember, to get specialty coffees with a drink plan you need the Ultimate package which is about $10 more per day than the premium package

I think that varies with the ship/sailing. On my sailing, the difference is only $6 per day. Two lattes will more than make up that additional cost.

I'm on the fence as well. I'm usually not a big drinker but this time I'm going with others who are. I can definitely see myself drinking more than usual on this cruise. Two drinks during the day, two glasses of wine with dinner and two drinks in the evening does not sound like a lot when you are hanging out with people who consume much more than that and do have the drink package. Add in a couple of specialty coffees and it seems like a no brainer but I just can't bring myself to spend that much on a drink package when I have never had anywhere near that much before.

Just when I think I have made a decision, I wake up the next morning with a different one. :(
