No problem with pre paid visa.

I use them all the time. More secure than giving your own card number.

Just keep a check on your tv how much your using. You can go to GS and change cards if you like.

You can also take cash from them at the casino.

OHHH!  Thanks so much!  Can you please tell me a little more?  When you set up your account, did you put the prepaid card in, instead of a regular credit card?  Can you do this online, or only at guest service?  I certainly don't have enough to cover all of our expenses and our gratuities.  Should I add a regular credit card when they are all used up?

    Sorry for the million questions!!

  2. Hi there,

Our trip is a week away and this teacher is really looking forward to a week of relaxing and drinking pina coladas!

My amazing students gave me prepaid visa gift cards for the holidays.  Is there anyway to use these on the cruise?  Can I put the value on my account, or pay my account with them, or use them at the bar?  Nothing better than "free" drinks!!

Second question.  We booked two cabins for my family.  We booked an adult in each cabin, as was necessary, but we would like to have access to both cabins (if you know what I mean *wink*).  How do we get an extra room key for each of our cabins.

    thank you all so much!!!

I also have a MAC and I tried all three browsers:  Safari, Chrome and Firefox.  None of them seem to work on a MAC. Right now, online check in seems to be only for people who have Windows.  You would think that Royal Caribbean would test out their web site on more than one operating system before going live with it.

    Dare to dream.

  4. I will call RCI in the morning. Or a travel agent. Good idea, let someone else search. I feel crazy going through cabin by cabin. We have been on several other cruises with them, and always had enough beds. Hmmmm..

Like hell am I sleeping on a pull out couch! LOL!! I could MAKE my tweens share a bed, but that's kind of meh and they would kill each other, which would really kill my vacation vibe.

    Next option is connection cabins...

    thanks everyone

  5. Hi there,

I am looking to book a cabin for my family of 4 on an Oasis class ship. My two tween boys will NOT share a bed. Could someone help me figure out my options please? I did a google search and just can't figure it out. Is my only option booking two cabins?

    Thank you so much!

    Ali
