If I do rent a car, how to get to the rental facility?   Uber?  Then when I have a car, can you suggest where to visit.  Do not want to go to the beach or Road to Hana.

Haleakala or Iao Valley..might be interesting but how far is it?  We are in port from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Suggestion for getting a rental car in Hilo?  Can I uber to the car rental facility?  Which companies are on the Big Island?

If I understand what you are saying, I purchase the Plus when I board, not pre-cruise?  Then I go to CS and pay with my GC.  Does this interfere with on-board credit used for other things?  How do they keep it separate and use it only for Plus?

Do they allow you to bring on extra bottles (other than the two for two passengers in a cabin) at each port?  How would they know if you did brings on your limit at boarding?

What is the benefit of using AARP gift cards?  Are they discounted if you buy them from AARP?  How much of a discount can you buy them for?   At target I get a 5% discount when I make a purchase.  Is there any other way to get discounted gift cards?

I am a travel agent and would not be too happy if I booked onboard and lost my commission to someone else.  Also, I would not like to be hounded by shore side staff..

Would like to know what Terminal Regal Princess uses at Port of Galveston?   Was boarding easy and will they use the same Terminal to depart and to return to?

I used to go to LoLo's in the Marina for a wonderful massage, but she closed due to the Covid and is not answering my emails to her.  Does anyone know of another place in Cabo to go for a massage (other than the big hotels who charge as much as the ship does)?  Leaving this weekend, Dec. 23, 2023

LoLo's was great but she isn't there anymore.  She had to give up her space during Covid and is looking for a new place near the port.

I agree with msjackie above.  I have been going to MASSAGE & FACIAL CARE for about 15 years now.  Address is 743 Lopez Mateos.   1/2 block south of McDonalds and one street over.

The best massage and facials anywhere, and I have had them in many countries during my travels.

Try them and I'm sure your won't be disappointed.

Is anyone familiar with Land's End massage in Cabo?  Wondering how far it is from the dock where we land.

I used to go to LoLo SPA in Cabo but I can't find them anymore.  Does anyone know if they are still around or did they move?  Any other suggestions for a good massage for one day in Cabo off the ship that is nearby the port?

I always bring my own flowers onboard.  I pick them up at the local market which has them a lot cheaper than buying them onboard. 

Correct that you cannot take them off the ship.  Not even a bride's bouquet from a wedding onboard.

Didn't there use to be a sundae that actually was from the children's menu that anyone could order?

Thanks.  I was hoping it would be at Pier 35 which is closer to Pier 39.  Do you know how far it is to Pier 39 and if it is walkable for someone with a walker?   Is there any shuttle service to Pier 39 and or Fisherman's Wharf.

I have had a pacemaker since 1995.  Also I have traveled many many times since then and I have traveled with the new medallion.  I DO NOT have it on a lanyard!  I put it in a pocket or a small purse that I carry with me. 

It is better to be safe while traveling than to test the magnet that is in it.

I have brought flowers onboard in many ports.   I never thought about them being bought in retail markets?  I bought some on street corners and never had any problems.

I simply ask my room steward to bring a vase and I enjoy my beautiful flowers for as long as they last. 

You cannot take flowers off the ship!  They must be left.

My daughter is going on an Alaska cruise in June and I wonder if any of the ships are still doing the Crab Shack?  We enjoyed it several times over the years.

My daughter & son-in-law will be on a cruise in May that stops at Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan and they would like to enjoy a 

FINE DINING restaurant.  Is there any near the ports of these cities? Looking to enjoy Crab legs and other foods that Alaska is known for.

Thank you all for your answers.  Turns out that my friends were able to buy me a Future Cruise Deposit.  I had supplied them my Captains Circle number and I paid them when they returned from their cruise.

If a friend is sailing onboard and wants to purchase future cruise deposits for themselves, can they also buy future cruise deposits for a friend who is not on the cruise?   They even have the friends Captain Circle number.

I was on the Discovery Princess cruise Nov. 10-14, 2022 and I was very disappointed that there was no recognition of most traveled passengers.  I have 552 days on Princess before this cruise and almost always qualify for the special recognition luncheon or cocktail party.

When I asked the Captain Circle Representative, I was told that they don't do anything on 4 day cruises.   That's a bummer!!

They are sure getting stingy and I would think that they would want to appease their long time passengers for any cruise that they take.
